Bad customer service and product!!!

Juan: item come in bad condition! ink was already inserted into the printer beforehand. many stains of ink in the printer. can't switch the printer on possibly due to the ink seepage. worst of all, was refunded instead of a replacement unit (after almost a month)!!!!
