Horrible interface

HP customer service is really slow. The HP smart app isn't intuitive at all and constantly asks me to log back in even for simple stuff like changing paper size and then sometimes won't log in at all. Don't even dare trying to switch networks with this printer, setup took hours and then out of no where decided to work randomly. The Brother that this thing replaced never had issues with setup, and the software was much more intuitive and customizable for business needs. I'm to the point of throwing this year old printer in the trash and buying a Brother again. I'd buy an HP monitor again, but not a printer.... Read More
