I bought the lense and was supposed to receive it on a Wednesday; either SONY or the shipping company sent me the wrong item, but I never received the lense. I contacted customer support as soon as I got the incorrect package and was told that it would take approx. 2-3 days for customer support to review my case and send me a replacement. It has been ONE week, and I have only gotten a call stating that the review is in process, nothing more! I am out the $200; a replacement hasn't been sent. Customer support has taken their sweet time. Other companies would usually refund you instantly or send you a replacement asap. SONY doesn't.... Read More  Hide
