This is a perfect mid range zoom lens. It is well constructed and extremely sharp at f11. I only wish that Sony would make a 2x lens extender for the F4 model.

Despite the fact that it opens up to f/4 only, it can handle every situation: portrait, sport, motor sport, landscape. Picture quality and sharpness are on point.

I owned a Sigma 100-400 and wasn’t happy with it until I bought the 70- 200 Sony and am extremely happy.

I'm no professional reviewer, but I can tell you I'm in love with this lens. It lives up to its hype. I'm glad I glad have it.
