Beware

My review is regarding the above referenced model in the 65 inch size of which I currently have two in the home. I preface the following by saying I own previous generation Master Series OLED TV models the 55a9f and a 77a9g as well as many other sony products (love them all). I recently bought my 3rd generation OLED Master Series, the 65a90j (2 total). They both exhibit the same issue. This is not a uniformity issue, dead pixel, black splotch issue or other common oled issue. They both share the same issue and are just two production serial number models apart. Under no circumstance are we all to believe that a tv would exhibit the same exact white line going from top to bottom in the same exact spot and attribute this to acceptable standards. I have filed a claim with Sony consisting of photos and a video on one tv (still waiting) thus far and will do so on the other. I love Sony products for their quality and reliability. However, when you have a product sold with issue within warranty then you do the right thing. I will adjust my above star rating when and if the company honors their commitment and stated beliefs. If not I will follow up by sending the photos and videos to 3rd party major corporate reviewers and influencers to let them know Sony accepts this type of panel and picture quality now. Thank you...
