Broken Product - No Support

My product appears to be defective. I tried contacting support, but the robots keep telling me that they will transfer me to an agent and hang up the phone. The chat bot does the same thing. The non-existent support is worse than the broken product. There isn't even an e-mail address to send a request to. Registering the product doesn't open any other support options.... Read More
