I put in the item # that I needed and it popped up right away. I didn't notice that the part I wanted was out of stock, and they were apparently suggesting an alternate. I don't see why you need to replace these. Best advice is to take it out and empty the excess collected toner in the trash then reinsert it. When it gets full, empty it again. Takes 2 minutes. Why buy a new one?

We needed to replace the collection unit on one of our printers and instead of buying off-brand or from a 3rd party, it was just as easy to buy direct from HP and at similar pricing. Works perfectly. Thanks!
