Constant Connection Issues, Terrible App

I've owned these for roughly 4 months and about 3 months in, kept finding that the left ear bud would randomly lose connection here and there. It was momentary until this week it has become permanent. I have no idea why, I have treated this product well. I have tried resetting everything multiple times, turning settings in the app on and off, and you know what? I don't care anymore, I don't have time to fix it and figure out how to get help from this app that seems to just want to sell me on other apps services, with no info on what they even are. This is why Apple wins every time, other companies have no clue what they are doing and sign deals just for some extra cash, it's nonsense. Well, I'm tired of the nonsense and upset I drop 200 bucks on these instead of just buying new airpods. Physically, this product is great, I love the fit and the case, but everything else turned out to be awful.... Read More
