Serious Static/Crackling and Headsets end up shorting out. The question not asked below: What is the headphones connected to? <Bravia HDR OLED TV> Trying to obtain support from Sony.

The sound quality is not very good. Get annoying static not present with direct plugin headphones.

I purchased 2 sets to replace our MDR-RF985R. Unfortunately they are not as comfortable as the old ones. These earpieces are more narrow which makes them sit partially on the ear rather than over the ear.

Bought Sony headphones for $100 at Best Buys in June 2018. Had to return multiple times only to receive the same product (maybe even the same head phones). The same problem over and over. Still not resolution. Am waiting for the 4th pair to be sent... Read More  Hide
