Horrible Feedback After 1.5 Years of Use

They were great headphones while they lasted. Now they regularly have unbearably loud feedback noise in both ears. These have stat indoors at my work computer since I got them; they have been very well taken care of. I called support, and they would not replace them because the failure happened after one year. WH-1000XM4 Don’t connect to me phone

I mainly use these headphone when I’m working on my laptop, and now they don’t want to connect to my phone. I turn off my BT from my laptop and try to connect the headphones through both setting and the Sony app. Can’t get it to connect at all. I’ve tried even connecting them with the wire and they still won’t connect. Very annoying.... Read More  Hide

Broken after 2 months- customer service unhelpful

These headphones have great sound quality and features BUT I bought this product in mid-October, and on Christmas Eve, a piece fell out of them, causing one of the ears to simply hang by the wire. This would be fine, but the customer support will not replace them or give me a refund. Headphones bought for $200 should not break in that short of a time (only 2 months). They made the claim that they were damaged due to my own negligence/ I twisted them in the wrong direction, but no such thing occurred. The manufacturing on this product is very poor, and if you buy these, expect them to fall apart within 3 months.... Read More  Hide
