Great while they safe and work!

I bought these a year and a half ago. I loved how they were comfortable and sounded until recently when they randomly started screeching this loud high pitch noise into my right ear! Honestly, I am very disappointed with this product quality given the high price tag. One thing is for them to break down, and another is to potentially damage someone's hearing. Can't connect to app

I can't connect to the app on any device so i can't update or use multiconnect for other devices. Noise cancelling is decent

I absolutely loved these at first, the quality seemed spectacular and legitimately life-changing. But they suffer from a common failure which leads to an extremely high-pitched and hearing-damaging squealing sound issuing unexpectedly from one side or the other. A quick search online shows this failure was not uncommon on the previous version as well. Charging port almost caught fire

I went to unplug my headphones from charging and burned my finger. The headphones melted around the charging port and was smoking. I have taken very good care of my headphones and there was no reason for this to happen. Very disappointed and I’m out of headphones. I don’t know what to do.... Read More  Hide
