Poor performance for what I wanted

I bought this two years ago for listening to music while I practice dancing with other music playing. What I found out is that this head set is very sensitive to movement and it will turn on or off if I cough, moving my head a bit quickly. If all you need is to walk around and listen to music, then it is OK. However, after about half an hour or so, I found the tight headset is very uncomfortable. I have now been using my old Panasonic wired headset which is much comfortable than this. The noise cancellation works and music listening is fine. Noise cancellation Worked Well, Fragile...

These headphones worked as intended and I feel did a great job cancelling noise and worked great for music and online meetings for work which was my biggest use. However after two months they broke placing them on my head. No, I don't have a big head and I wasn't rough with them. They appear to have a weak spot in them. maybe they fixed this with the newer version. As you can see by the photo I had probably only put them on my head about 30 times.... Read More  Hide

Very Glitchy & average sound

I'm not impressed. The sound quality is average, and it struggles to connect to my other devices.

Broke within 60 days of light use

I purchased this in August 2020. The right headphone stopped producing sound within 2 months (october). I am unable to leverage the manufacturer's warranty because the sony customer support portal is "unavailable due to technical difficulties". Beware buying these headphones, if you don't want to risk losing hundreds of $$ on a defective product, backed by poor customer service. Regarding the quality of these headphones, they have a worse form factor than the Bose QC35-II, which has a roomier earcup and physical buttons.
