Great sound, lacks control

First off let me say I love my Sony WH-1000XM4! I love the sound, the Noise Cancelling they provide and how loud they get but smooth the sound is without hurting my ears. But their biggest downfall is the control function on their earmuffs. The touch/tapping functions are just not accurate or great. I tend to listen when I'm in bed and about to fall asleep but then they annoyingly skip or do something I didn't want them to do. Honestly, this is my biggest gripe and annoyance with these headphones, I still recommend them cause their sound is amazing but they REALLY need to develop a better way to handle the controls. I suggest actual buttons. I have a pair of Jabra Elite Active 75t & I LOVE their controls. Their sound doesn't co.e close to these Sony headphones but they've mastered the controls.... Read More
