I am extremely unsatisfied with the product. The functions do not work properly, and the sound quality is horrible. It has great features, if they worked the same every time. If I cough or clear my throat, the earbuds pause. Too much dissatisfaction for one product.... Read More  Hide

The three pairs I've had before never had any issues and worked great. This time however, no sound in one sometimes both earbuds.
