Bought 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it the sound is so immersive

Paired HT-A5000 including subwoofer and rear speakers. Although the volume of the rears and sub can be changed, the rears are generally overpowered by the Soundbar even at max rear volume. The rears "fill-in" the sound by the Soundbar dominates. This is more noticable when listening to music. Also, unable to use portable Bluetooth speaker and Soundbar at the same time.... I got this from Amazon & the hdmi out port has a plastic object blocking it, I can't go into it with pliers that would void the warranty & Amazon won't let me return it so now I can't add a turntable ?
