This is my second pair of earphones, first set stopped working. Ordered another set, and` they havent worked from the first day. Want to return them for another set that works

Doesn’t hold charge for more tha 4 hours; scratch reception; it my connection to TV; I had a technician check it and my ATT Satellite’s dish.
