This product worked pretty good up unti last week. The audio works perfectly fine but the cushion and fabric that kept it in place has torn completely off. I've never had this issue before. It just sort of came out a random day and I tried to keep it together for a little while, but now I can't use them anymore. I was very skeptical buying this headset but found myself enjoying the headset fast with its dual audio input and easy to use features also the comfort of the earmuffs. The only set back is i wish they had a better battery life.

I bought these head phones 7 months ago. love the sound quality and mic. but the soft cushion and leather part has come apart. I hate to tape it to keep it on. but other than that I use it almost daily.

The H9 haha well I’ve had these headphones for about to be a year in a month or two and I’ve had to exchange them about to be three times. The two times had to be the headband thing it kept coming off. Now the mic isn’t working properly.
