My Experience with Sony XM5 Head phones

I purchased the XM5 a month ago. I used it to listen and view my studies. About 45 minutes into the streaming, the power suddenly dropped off. It happened twice. So I returned XM5 in exchanged for a new one. The problem occur again. Sony support guided me to reset the headphones to factory settings. It worked just fine for a few days, then it occurred again. I just don't know. I can live with it because the XM5 audio is supberb. I enjoy it. I don't know if the XM5 has software or hardware problem like power shutting down after about 45 minutes usage....
